Anthropic 產品說明寫到：Chat 與 Cowork 先在 Pro／Max 合併，同一套統一體驗現已對 Claude Enterprise 正式開放，涵蓋網頁、桌面與手機。對話從聊天開始；需要跑程式碼或處理檔案時，Claude 在 Anthropic 管理的隔離雲端沙箱裡延續同一條執行緒，再把文件、分析或簡報帶回對話。關掉電腦後任務仍可繼續，並可在其他裝置接上。既有聊天、專案、連接器、skills 與外掛會帶到新體驗。
企業管理員在組織設定裡管理 Chat and Cowork unified。說明中心寫明：預設關閉，並將於 2026 年 11 月 16 日預設開啟——負責人可提前開啟或保持關閉。開啟前需具備 Chat，以及 Cloud code execution and file creation；不必單獨打開 Cowork 或 Cowork in the cloud。使用 零資料保留（ZDR）、HIPAA-ready 或 客戶託管加密金鑰（CMEK） 的組織暫時不能開啟統一體驗，仍沿用現有 Chat／Cowork；Anthropic 寫 HIPAA 支援預計在正式開放之後跟進，CMEK 支援計畫在後續版本。
