Anthropic 产品说明写到：Chat 与 Cowork 先在 Pro／Max 合并，同一套统一体验现已对 Claude Enterprise 正式开放，覆盖网页、桌面与手机。对话从聊天开始；需要跑代码或处理文件时，Claude 在 Anthropic 管理的隔离云端沙箱里继续同一条线程，再把文档、分析或演示带回对话。关掉电脑后任务仍可继续，并可在其他设备接上。原有聊天、项目、连接器、skills 与插件会带到新体验。
企业管理员在组织设置里管理 Chat and Cowork unified。帮助中心写明：默认关闭，并将于 2026 年 11 月 16 日默认开启——负责人可提前开启或保持关闭。开启前需具备 Chat，以及 Cloud code execution and file creation；不必单独打开 Cowork 或 Cowork in the cloud。使用 零数据保留（ZDR）、HIPAA-ready 或 客户托管加密密钥（CMEK） 的组织暂时不能开启统一体验，仍沿用现有 Chat／Cowork；Anthropic 写 HIPAA 支持预计在正式开放之后跟进，CMEK 支持计划在后续版本。
定价仍按用量计费。Anthropic 自述：按用量计，Claude Opus 5.5 在典型负载上比 Claude Opus 5 约低 40%，Claude Sonnet 5.5 对多数工作可比 Claude Sonnet 5 低最多约 30%。管理员可用 Efficient 模式，把统一体验限制在 Sonnet 与 Haiku（开启后新会话默认 Claude Sonnet 5.5、低 effort），以及按角色的模型权限、组织／组／成员支出上限与组共享预算。相关文章见 Claude Duet 是什么？谁能用、候补名单怎么排、Claude Code Review 在 Team 和 Enterprise 上的费用、Claude API 价格（2026 年 10 月）。
