Cursor 於約北京時間 2026 年 10 月 23 日 23:59 發文稱，agent 現可控制你的電腦，並可驅動 iOS Simulator 等桌面應用。Self-Hosted Computer Use 文件寫明：跑在 Self-Hosted Machines worker 上的 agent，可在 macOS 與 Linux 的 My Machines 與 Team Pools 上點擊、打字、截圖，並驅動帶 UI 的應用；worker 若裝有 Chrome 或 Chromium，也可驅動瀏覽器。

Computer use 需明確開啟，伺服器端不會自動打開。在 start 之前加上 `--computer-use`：`agent worker --computer-use start`。池化 worker 同樣適用，例如 `agent worker --pool gpu --computer-use start`。macOS 上由名為 Cursor Computer Use 的輔助應用驅動已登入桌面，並需授予輔助功能與螢幕錄製權限；Linux 上使用 X11 顯示，需先裝好桌面相關套件。帶 `--share-desktop` 的桌面分享僅限 Linux，且與 computer use 分開。

這條自託管桌面操控，與 用 iPhone 控制本機 agent 不是同一路徑，也不同於 雲端 Agent 的互動式 Canvas 與 Environments API。託管 Cloud Agents 上的 computer-use 行為，Cursor 指向其 Cloud Agents Capabilities 文件。
