Shared 與 personal
此前 automations 偏個人：僅本人可見／可編輯，並用個人身分與 AI credits。Shared 面向團隊共建：對倉庫讀權限可見，寫權限可編輯；AI credits 記到倉庫 owner（組織或使用者），而非建立者個人；GitHub 上動作歸屬於 Copilot；歸屬倉庫，建立者離開仍執行，並有 change history。建立後不可改 Type（Shared／personal）。
組織倉庫要跑 shared，管理員須啟用 “Allow use of Copilot cloud agent billed to the organization”。
入口與方案
在 github.com、GitHub Copilot 應用或 Visual Studio Code 建立自動化時可在 Type 下選 Shared。面向 Copilot Pro、Pro+、Max、Business、Enterprise 滾動上線；可用性隨推進而異。可用後須對倉庫有 write 權限。
