根據 Replit 執行長暨共同創辦人 Amjad Masad 的說法，Replit 已經把 Replit Agent 這個 AI 代理的預設體驗換成 OpenAI。使用者仍可選擇包括 Claude 在內的 Anthropic 模型，以及其他支援的模型。
Masad 最早是在 TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 的台上談到這項變化。TechCrunch 引述了 Masad 在台上的原話：「It was a decision based on both cost, partnership, and performance.」（這是綜合成本、合作關係和效能所做的決定。）TechCrunch 這篇報導最初的標題是「Replit is no longer working with Anthropic, CEO says」（執行長稱 Replit 已不再與 Anthropic 合作），後來改為「Replit makes OpenAI its default over Anthropic, CEO says」（執行長稱 Replit 把預設從 Anthropic 換成 OpenAI）。之後，Masad 在 X 上做了澄清。
Masad 在 X 上怎麼說
北京時間 10 月 18 日，Masad 在 X 上發了一段澄清：「To clarify: Replit remains model agnostic. Our users can choose Anthropic models as well as many other supported models.」（澄清一下：Replit 仍然不綁定特定模型。我們的使用者可以選擇 Anthropic 的模型，也可以選擇其他許多支援的模型。）
Masad 接著寫道：「What I meant at TC Disrupt is that OpenAI is now our preferred partner powering Agent based on performance, cost, and strength of our partnership.」（我在 TC Disrupt 上的意思是，基於效能、成本和我們合作關係的緊密程度，OpenAI 現在是支撐 Agent 的首選合作夥伴。）Masad 還說，Replit 主張「giving our users model choice while optimizing the default experience for the best performance at the best price」（給使用者保留模型選擇，同時把預設體驗最佳化到以最好的價格獲得最好的效能）。
關於成本
這則貼文底下，有使用者問：現在在 Replit Agent 裡選 Claude，每個任務的費用和 OpenAI 預設模型一樣，還是更貴？Masad 回覆：「OpenAI models are generally more affordable」（OpenAI 的模型整體上比較便宜）。這則回覆沒有提供每個任務的具體價格。
