What landed in 2.1.312

The official CHANGELOG adds oidc.user_id_claim on the Claude apps gateway so people can be identified by an id_token claim other than sub—for example Microsoft Entra ID's oid. In fullscreen, clicking the "to send now" hint under a queued message sends it immediately, the same as the matching key. Write no longer overwrites a very large CLAUDE.md, rules file, or @-included subdirectory file after seeing only its start; it now asks Claude to read the file fully or edit in place. After a Bash cd deeper into a git repository, per-directory and paths: skills are found again. Usage-limit copy (including VS Code reset wording) now calls the window a "5-hour limit" instead of a "session limit". Secondary notes in the same cut cover VS Code org-settings load failures with Retry/Sign in, managed settings/org policy fetch after sign-in, shorter system prompts for unrecognized Bedrock/Vertex/Foundry/Mantle model names, cloud sessions/Remote Control/Claude Tag/Code Review fixes, and stopping the OpenTelemetry claude_code.safety_event.
