Anthropic’s product-announcements list marks Smart reports, surveys, and pooled group budgets for Claude Enterprise on October 28, 2026. The resource article states that all three are now generally available for Claude Enterprise. Availability varies by configuration, including HIPAA configurations and customer-managed encryption keys (CMEK). This GA is Enterprise-scoped—not a Free／Pro／Max／Team-wide rollout. Smart reports
Admins (and, when owners allow, non-admin team leads) can pick a team, date range, and products. Claude analyzes a sample of transcripts, groups them into workstreams, and surfaces spend, deliverables, and common friction (for example missing connectors or failed tool calls). Consolidated recommendations can include recurring workflows that become skills and rules suitable for a code repository. Findings can be shared as artifacts; custom usage／cost questions can be saved as templates; billing-permission admins can raise spend limits from a report.
Anthropic is explicit: these reports are not for evaluating individual performance or making employment decisions.
In-app surveys and pooled budgets
In-app surveys ask default value-oriented questions (most valuable recent uses, time saved, what colleagues should copy, what would break first without Claude). Admins can customize or remove questions, choose audience／timing／placement; members reply in-product and see a short card; responses export to a spreadsheet. Organizations using CMEK can enable surveys; if a unified retention policy applies, surveys／responses follow that schedule. Surveys are treated as customer data.
Pooled group budgets give a group one shared monthly budget while individual member limits remain guardrails. Each request counts toward both; the first limit hit applies. Members can request more capacity in Claude for admin review; settings can suggest amounts from recent usage; billing-permission admins get email alerts at 50%／75%／95%／100% of budget.
