SenseTime’s SenseNova homepage now leads with a SenseNova 6.8 Flash card that links to /flash-6-8. Tags on that card read roughly “efficient agent” and “dynamic creation.” The detail page title is “SenseNova 6.8 Flash · steadier office, better design,” and its meta description calls out a formal release focused on lasting execution of complex tasks and usable deliverables. The opening line states that SenseTime is shipping the SenseNova 6.8 Flash formal version today, with collaboration across tasks and sessions and deliverables that range from static pages to dynamic content and design outputs.

IT Home’s story at 1/021/487.htm carries page time 2026-11-03 11:59:48 Asia/Shanghai and says SenseTime announced the formal release on the evening of November 2 (media clock, not an independent DigIntoAI stopwatch). That piece also repeats design coverage for dynamic PPT, posters, web, SVG, Blender 3D, and Figma-style workflows, plus the same experience links the vendor lists. One media line says Xiaohuanxiong model access is limited-free through 2026-12-01. That line is IT Home wording only—the Flash detail page and the Xiaohuanxiong home we opened did not show a matching “limited free / December 1” notice—so DigIntoAI has not independently verified pricing or free-tier rules. This guide is not saying everyone gets it free.

One more source caution: the Flash detail page currently ships with meta robots noindex, nofollow. It remains a usable vendor source for claims; it does not mean search engines have indexed that launch page.

The vendor page describes dynamic PPT as planning narrative rhythm inside generation, then aligning transitions, entrance order, chart growth, and layout so PPTX motion matches page structure—not bolting animation on afterward. Office-intelligence copy talks about moving from passive handoff toward more proactive interaction via long-term memory. Office case captions, though, include the footnote *tested via SenseTime Xiaohuanxiong’s internal R&D build* (two such captions counted on the page in the 2026-11-03 source check). That footnote means proactive office stories on the marketing page are not proof that every public account already sees the same behavior. Studio design access is labeled Design experimental edition. Scores and “clearly ahead” language on the page or in press are vendor or media self-reports—we have not re-run them. Account availability by region, API price tables, and open weights are unverified. DigIntoAI has not hands-on tested whether motion lands in PPTX, whether elements stay independently editable, or whether follow-up edits keep layout and animation. The rest of this piece is a practical checklist for anyone who will try those claims on a live account—not a finished lab scorecard.

1. Entry points and account prerequisites

Official “how to try” links on the Flash detail page:

SurfaceURL (as listed)Note on the vendor page
SenseNova Studiohttps://unify.light-ai.top/Enter Design experimental edition for design features
SenseNova Token Plan docshttps://platform.sensenova.cn/docsModel listed as on Token Plan; site also has /token-plan
SenseTime Xiaohuanxionghttps://xiaohuanxiong.com/Design features said to be live on Xiaohuanxiong
SenseNova Skillshttps://github.com/OpenSenseNova/SenseNova-SkillsModular skills for AI-powered office assistants (org OpenSenseNova)

When reachability was checked for this guide, Studio, Token Plan docs, Xiaohuanxiong, and the Skills repo all returned HTTP 200. That only means the URLs open—not that a given login, region, or plan can generate dynamic PPT today.

Checklist before generating:

  1. Confirm which surface will be used (Studio Design experimental edition vs Xiaohuanxiong vs Token Plan / API).
  2. Confirm the account can sign in and that SenseNova 6.8 Flash (or the labeled design skill) is selectable—visibility on one login is not assumed.
  3. Separate homepage marketing (“formal version”) from product UI: if Design is still marked experimental, treat that label as current product state.
  4. IT Home’s limited-free-through-2026-12-01 line is not a verified vendor price sheet.
  5. Open-weight assumptions do not apply; Flash formal marketing on these pages is product/experience-oriented, and weight release status was not verified for this guide.

2. Generate a dynamic PPT (first pass)

Vendor claim to test against: dynamic PPT is not “static deck + later animation.” Narrative rhythm—what each slide must say, where to pause, what to emphasize—is supposed to drive motion choices in the same generation pass, with transitions, entrance order, chart growth, and layout norms considered together so the PPTX’s motion fits its structure.

Prompt / run checklist:

  1. Ask explicitly for a dynamic PPT / PPTX with transitions and entrance motion, not only “make slides.”
  2. Give a multi-section outline with at least one chart or data callout so “chart growth” can be inspected later.
  3. Record which product surface produced the file (Studio Design experimental vs Xiaohuanxiong vs other).
  4. Save the raw download filename, file size, and whether the download is truly .pptx.
  5. Note failures: timeout, partial export, static-only export, or “design preview only” without a PowerPoint-compatible file.

We have not run this generation path. Any success/failure notes should stay in operator logs, not be inferred from marketing screenshots.

3. Inspect PPTX motion and layout

Open the file in a real desktop or web PowerPoint-compatible client (not only a thumbnail).

Check:

  1. Transitions exist between slides (or are intentionally none)—and match the story beats, not random noise.
  2. Entrance / build order for titles, bullets, and charts can be stepped in presenter or animation pane views.
  3. Chart growth / reveal behaves as discrete animation, not a flattened image that only looks animated in a vendor GIF.
  4. Layout and color norms stay consistent across slides (vendor copy stresses coordinated visual rules).
  5. Motion is inside the PPTX object model, not only an MP4/WebM preview beside a static deck.

If the only “dynamic” artifact is a video or web preview while the .pptx is static, that is a failed match against the detail-page claim—even if the preview looks polished. Again: DigIntoAI has not measured success rates.

4. Element-level editability

Vendor design copy across PPT, SVG, and Blender stresses deliverables that remain editable. For PPT specifically, test whether humans can still edit after generation.

Checklist:

  1. Change one title string without destroying neighboring animations.
  2. Move or resize a shape; see whether attached motion paths / entrances still make sense.
  3. Edit chart data or swap a chart type; see whether reveal animations survive or become broken orphan effects.
  4. Add a new bullet on an existing slide; check whether builds still sequence sanely.
  5. Confirm masters / layouts are normal PowerPoint constructs rather than one locked picture per slide.

A deck that only looks good as exported images fails the “usable result” bar the formal-page intro itself emphasizes. Editability was not hands-on tested for this article.

5. Do follow-up revisions hold?

Many AI slide tools regenerate the whole deck and lose prior structure. SenseNova’s broader design narrative (especially Blender’s generate–observe–feedback–revise loop) implies iterative refinement. PPT should get the same stress test.

Revision checklist:

  1. Ask to rewrite one slide’s copy only; check whether other slides’ motion and layout stay put.
  2. Ask to insert a new middle slide; check whether neighboring transitions still connect.
  3. Ask to restyle colors/fonts globally; check whether animations remain attached to the right objects.
  4. Ask to “make the chart entrance slower” or similar motion-only tweak; see whether the model edits animation parameters vs regenerating a static chart.
  5. After two or three revise rounds, re-open the file cold and confirm it still opens cleanly.

If every revise produces a brand-new static export, the “dynamic + editable + lasting task” story is weaker than the marketing page suggests. We have not measured revise stickiness.

6. Posters, web, SVG, 3D—kept separate from PPT

The same detail page also claims:

  • Dynamic posters: subject motion, text hierarchy, and timing planned together for social-style assets.
  • Web pages: layout, type, color, assets into a coherent site design.
  • SVG: scalable, re-editable vectors with path animation.
  • Blender / Agentic 3D: multi-round generate–observe–feedback–revise; output as a further-editable Blender project.
  • 3D-in-web / Three.js-style: realtime web 3D with layout, materials, camera, interaction.
  • Figma workflow hook: AI design steps plugged into existing designer tools.

Keep these out of the PPT checklist score. A strong poster or Blender demo does not prove PPTX motion or PowerPoint editability. Conversely, a weak PPT export does not falsify SVG or Blender claims. Score each modality on its own vendor sentence. All of those sentences remain vendor page wording—untested for this guide.

7. Is “proactive office” visible on the account in use?

Office section headline on the detail page: from passive delegation toward more proactive interaction. Long-term memory and proactive suggestions are described; benchmarks about fact recall, instruction following, conflict resolution, and preference memory are mentioned. Case stories include re-awakening a lost sales lead after a product gained private deployment, and handing off client context when staff change.

The page itself notes that those case captions footnote *tested via SenseTime Xiaohuanxiong’s internal R&D build*. That is not the same as “every Xiaohuanxiong or Studio login already has proactive office.”

Account-side checklist (narrative phrasing—no assumed reader account):

  1. After login, note whether proactive reminders / memory-driven nudges appear without being prompted.
  2. If such behavior is absent, treat marketing cases as internal R&D illustrations, not proof that every live account already has the same product behavior.
  3. If present, still separate “chat remembered a fact” from “system pushed an unsolicited office action.”
  4. Vendor benchmark wording is not a DigIntoAI score—we have not re-run those evals.
  5. Keep region, plan, and feature-flag uncertainty explicit in any write-up.

Bottom line

As of source checks on 2026-11-03 Asia/Shanghai, SenseTime’s SenseNova site presents SenseNova 6.8 Flash as a formal multimodal agent release with homepage deep-link to /flash-6-8, design coverage that includes narrative-timed dynamic PPT aimed at PPTX, and experience paths through Studio (Design experimental edition), Token Plan docs, Xiaohuanxiong, and SenseNova Skills. IT Home timestamps its story 2026-11-03 11:59 Asia/Shanghai and attributes the announce to the evening of November 2. Office case footnotes still say Xiaohuanxiong internal R&D testing; limited-free-through-2026-12-01 remains media-only and unverified against vendor pricing pages. Whether Flash can truly deliver editable dynamic PPT that survives revise rounds is exactly what the checklist above is for—DigIntoAI has not hands-on tested those steps and has not re-run vendor or press leaderboards. Field notes can go through the site-owner contact in the footer.
