Tibo (@thsottiaux) posted on X that ChatGPT’s Chat and Work experiences are not rolling out as a unified product just yet. He was replying to a user who wrote that ChatGPT was unifying Chat and Work and wondered how that would change usage limits.
Tibo’s wording: the team is working on it, but it is not rolling out just yet. The plan is to bring together the best of both Chat and Work capabilities at some point this year, while they proceed carefully and take their time; he added that they will have more to share soon. Those lines describe careful progress, not a hard launch date or GA schedule. It also does not say usage limits have already changed.
