On October 19, 2026 (Beijing time), Google Workspace Updates said you can export interactive apps built in the Gemini app to Google Sites. In the Gemini app, choose Export → Google Sites on an interactive app. It opens in Sites as a new draft ready to customize—add content, publish, and share with teammates, customers, or students without copying code or rebuilding. Export alone does not make the site public; publishing and sharing are separate steps under Sites rules.

Admins get no new control for this feature. Users can export only when Google Sites is turned on for them and they may create and edit sites. Sites created this way follow the organization’s existing Google Sites and Google Drive policies. Google lists Rapid Release and Scheduled Release domains as available now on web, Android, and iOS. The note does not list a separate fee, time-limited perk, or full country matrix. As for whether Export shows up in an account today, how drafts behave after later Gemini edits, and what an org’s Sites/Drive policies block—we have not tested that. Feedback can go through the site-owner contact link in the footer. This is a Gemini→Google Sites path, not ChatGPT Sites.
